Surreal Landscape



The Photoshop surreal landscape I decided on creating was written by Melody Nieves and posted here in this tutorial called How To Create an Enchanted Rose Photo Manipulation in Adobe Photoshop
I was able to mimic the tutorial but I hit quite a few bumps along the way. The instructions were very vague on some parts, especially when it came to making the vase clearer. I also tweaked the tutorial to make the process easier for me. In one case I copy and pasted the rose petal instead of completely doing it from scratch. Although I did struggle a bit, I was happy with my end result.

My first efforts in developing my own animated .gif was coming up with a rocket surprise ending. The techniques applied and story I created was that my rocket went through different Lego universes to get to and land at Legoland. In order to do that I had to reposition my rocket every time I wanted to change where it was going and doing.

My school themed gif I chose was baseball. I decided on this school theme because my brother is a member of the baseball team. 
The information I was finding was what type of gif to do and what the logo looked like. 

My animated gif message was to Mr. Morales, a special Education teacher and the baseball coach.

I believe the intended audience is potential players for the baseball team that will respond to my animation because it will get the word out that new payers are needed for the upcoming season.

 I sent the gif to Mr. Morales and no response has been received.

"Cast of Riverdale Sighted with New Friend"

On Sunday night the cast of Riverdale was spotted in downtown Vancouver shooting scenes. The main four were seen hanging out with a new mystery person. The fifth person was identified as Suzette, who is said to be the newest addition to the cast for season 2. After shooting wrapped for the day, the cast along with Suzette went to explore downtown Vancouver. It is very obvious that the entire cast has a great relationship with one another. They are practically family. To celebrate their newest member, they all went to have dinner at the city's local diner. They were more than happy to pose for a picture together. We didn't get any spoilers but we can't wait to see what awaits us in season 2.

This is what I have planned for my future, created using Photoshop and my determination to make it happen 

I have chosen the images in my collage for specific reasons. As a child I loved watching Winnie the Pooh. I admired how happy he always was and I want to feel that way too. The Smurfs hold a special place in my heart because my parents both grew up watching them. They introduced them to both my brother  and I at a young age. Ever since then we have seen all of the new and original movies as a family just like the Smurfs. My dream job is to be a veterinarian. The image of the vet is what I strive to be and plan to go to Notre Dame for. I want to be able to help animals because I love them. My plan is to eventually have my own vet clinic in Norco California
